Buildprint is in beta, so things won't work perfectly. We offer no guarantees with respect to uptime, availability, or service level.
You can contact support via email at [email protected]. Please ensure you've checked the documentation first (you can ask AI, if you haven't already).
We may not be able to respond if the answer is already available in the documentation due to volume of requests. Support response time is approx 96 hours.

You will receive the quickest response on the Bubble Forum thread, as other community members will be able to assist you.
Things we cannot help with
Setting up MCP servers
Minor issues with editing, easily resolved by fixing it yourself (as is true with all AI-assisted development)
Buildprint not doing what you asked (please read docs and best practices to prompt Buildprint effectively)
Issues connecting your app (please see the docs and ensure your Bubble app ID is valid and collaborator is invited with correct permissions)
Providing access to the Buildprint beta (this is invite only)
Things we can help with
Irrecoverable Buildprint errors / editor states as a result of Buildprint edits, or deployment errors
Any information not outlined in the documentation
