Delete your data
To request deletion of your personal data or account, contact Buildprint support at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
What to include
Include:
The email address for your Buildprint account.
Whether you want to delete your account or only remove specific workspace or project data.
Any workspace or project names that are relevant to the request.
Buildprint will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
What product deletion does
You can remove some data yourself from settings.
Delete a workspace: the primary admin can delete a workspace from Workspace settings. This disables the workspace, marks its projects deleted, revokes access grants, revokes pending invites and workspace tokens, and removes stored project sync data.
Disconnect and remove all project data: a workspace admin or project Admin can open Project settings, choose Disconnect Buildprint, and select Remove all data. This removes the Buildprint collaborator from the Bubble app and deletes the Buildprint project data. The Bubble app itself is not deleted.
Workspaces owned by someone else
If you are a member or guest in a workspace owned by someone else, account deletion or removal requests should not delete that workspace. Buildprint may remove your access or anonymize/delete personal data associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Before deletion
Deletion can be permanent. Export anything you need before requesting account deletion or removing workspace or project data.
