Delete your data

To delete your personal data or account from Buildprint, contact our support team.

What gets deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove:

  • Your account profile and authentication data

  • All workspaces you own

  • All projects, versions, and logs in those workspaces

  • Any files and Bubble logs associated with your account

If you're a member of workspaces owned by others, you'll only be removed from those workspaces. The workspace and its data will remain.

Request deletion

Email [email protected] with your deletion request. Include the email address associated with your Buildprint account.

We'll process your request within 30 days and confirm when your data has been deleted.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you need before requesting deletion.

Alternative: Delete specific workspaces or projects

If you only want to remove specific workspaces or projects, you can delete them directly from settings instead of contacting support:
