Buildprint for Agencies

Inviting clients

Give clients visibility into their project without exposing your other accounts. Buildprint lets you invite clients directly to their project so they can follow along with agent conversations, code reviews, and logs — without seeing anything else in your workspace.

Inviting from the project

The simplest way to invite a client is from their project's settings:

  1. Open the client's project and go to Settings → Members.

  2. Click Add a member and enter the client's email address.

  3. Choose a role — Viewer for read-only access, or Editor if they need to interact with agents.

The client receives an email invitation with a link. When they accept, they join the workspace as a member but can only see this one project. They land directly on the project page — not the workspace home.

What clients can see

A client invited to a single project can:

  • View the project dashboard, logs, and code reviews

  • See conversations they own or have been added to as participants

  • Use AI agents if they have Editor access and a connected AI provider

They cannot see other projects in your workspace, other workspace members outside their project, or workspace-level settings.

Giving access to multiple projects

If a client has multiple Bubble apps with you, workspace admins can grant access to additional projects after the initial invite:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Members.

  2. Find the client and select Manage projects from the actions menu.

  3. Check the additional projects and save.

Sharing conversations with clients

To share a specific agent conversation with a client:

  • Add as participant — If the client has a Buildprint account and project access, add them as a participant on the conversation. They get full read/write access to that thread.

  • Public share link — Generate a public link for clients who don't need a Buildprint account. They can view the conversation read-only from any browser. Revoke the link at any time.

Managing invitations

Invitation links expire after 7 days. If a client hasn't accepted yet, you can resend the invite from either workspace settings or the project's member list. Resending generates a fresh link and extends the expiry. You can also revoke pending invitations if plans change.
