Skills
Skills give Buildprint new capabilities and expertise that you can share with your team.
What can skills be used for?
Skills are pieces of reusable knowledge or context that you want to provide to Buildprint. If you find yourself doing similar things with Buildprint and having to re-explain yourself each times, defining a skill for that will allow Buildprint to use that as context.
How to create a skill
Navigate to the Skills page in your workspace.
Workspace skills are available to everyone in every project of your workspace. Only workspace admins can manage workspace skills.
Project skills are available inside of specific projects. This is useful for common patterns, behaviours, or logic in your application.
Official skills are Buildprint-managed and automatically available to all projects and workspaces. These cover general behaviours like security, performance optimisation, integrations with common APIs like Stripe or OpenAI.
How to use a skill
To use a skill, open a project chat. You can add it using the Skills dropdown, or by using a / command. It will automatically be included in your message.
