Buildprint for Agencies

Managing client projects

Buildprint works well for agencies managing multiple Bubble apps. Use a single workspace for your entire portfolio and control who sees what with project-level permissions.

One workspace, many projects

Create one workspace for your agency, then add each client's Bubble app as a separate project. Workspace admins see every project automatically — team members only see the projects they're assigned to.

This means your developers and QA team can work across clients without stumbling into projects they're not involved in. The workspace home page shows each person a clean grid of just their assigned projects.

Assigning team members to projects

From Workspace Settings → Members, admins can see every member's project count at a glance. Click a member's project count to see which projects they have access to.

To bulk-manage a member's project assignments:

  1. Open the member's actions menu and select Manage projects.

  2. Check or uncheck projects to grant or revoke access.

  3. Optionally toggle Can create projects if this person should be able to onboard new client apps.

This is the fastest way to set up access when a team member joins or when you onboard a new client — open the dialog once and assign multiple projects at the same time.

Roles for agency teams

A typical agency setup:

  • Owner — Agency lead or account owner. Manages billing, can transfer ownership.

  • Admins — Project managers or senior developers. See all client projects automatically. Can invite team members and manage access.

  • Members — Developers and QA. Only see the client projects they're assigned to. Can be granted project creation permissions individually.

Within each project, assign Editor roles to developers who need to use agents and make changes, and Viewer roles to stakeholders who only need to see progress.

Project creation permissions

By default, only admins and owners can create new projects. If you want a team member to onboard client apps independently, enable the Can create projects permission for them from the Manage projects dialog or workspace settings. The person who creates a project automatically becomes its project owner.
