Sharing chats
Buildprint lets you share agent conversations with teammates or anyone via a public link. This is useful for collaborating on debugging sessions, sharing findings, or keeping a record of AI-assisted changes.
Adding participants
Conversation owners can add workspace members as participants to give them read and write access to the thread. The person you add must already have access to the project the conversation belongs to.
To add a participant:
Open the conversation you want to share.
Click the share or participants button.
Select a workspace member to add.
Participants can view the full conversation history and send new messages. The conversation owner can remove participants at any time.
Public share links
Generate a public link to share a conversation with anyone — no Buildprint account required. Public links provide read-only access to the conversation.
To create a public share link:
Open the conversation.
Click the share button and enable public sharing.
Copy the generated link.
The public view shows the conversation title, messages, and the owner's name. Viewers cannot send messages or interact with the agent.
You can regenerate the link to invalidate the previous one, or revoke public access entirely.
Access control
To access a conversation privately, a user needs:
An active workspace membership
Access to the project the conversation belongs to
To be the conversation owner or an explicit participant
Workspace admins and owners can see all projects but still need to be the conversation owner or a participant to access individual threads.
