Troubleshooting

Common issues with Buildprint logging and how to resolve them.

I can't see any logs

If your logs dashboard and explorer are empty, check the following:

  • Collaborator is invited — Make sure [email protected] is added as a collaborator on your Bubble app with Logs permission enabled.

  • Live version access — The collaborator must have access to the live version of your app. Logs are only available from the live version.

  • Low-traffic apps take longer — For apps with low traffic, logs can take up to 12 hours to come through. Buildprint spaces out fetches for low-traffic apps to reduce load on Bubble's systems. If your app is new or has few users, give it time before assuming something is wrong.

If you've checked all of the above and still see no logs, check the Configuration page for any error banners — they'll tell you exactly what's wrong.

I can't see test version logs

Logs are only available from the live version of your Bubble app. Test version logs are not supported.
