How agencies use Buildprint
Buildprint helps Bubble agencies understand unfamiliar apps, deliver work faster and support more clients without relying on one person’s knowledge.
Scope new projects with more confidence
Use Agent to explore a client’s existing Bubble app before you estimate the work.
Agent can inspect pages, workflows, data types, plugins and other app logic. Ask it to explain how a feature works, trace dependencies or identify areas that may affect the project.
This reduces the time spent manually exploring an unfamiliar app. It also gives your team better information for estimates, proposals and technical discovery.
Onboard developers faster
New team members can use Buildprint to learn an app without depending on the developer who built it.
They can ask Agent about the app’s structure, find where a workflow is used and understand how data moves through a feature. This keeps project knowledge available when people change teams or leave the agency.
Deliver client work faster
Use Agent for both investigation and implementation during a client project.
In Plan mode, Agent can inspect the app and help your team decide how to approach a change. In Build mode, it can make approved changes to the Bubble app and its data.
Your team can spend less time on repetitive work and more time reviewing decisions, testing the result and communicating with the client.
Find production problems sooner
Use Logs to investigate errors, slow workflows and unexpected workload usage.
Your team can move from a client report to the related Bubble events, request data and workflow activity. Monitors can alert the team when important conditions occur, reducing the need to wait for a client to notice the problem.
Buildprint Logs is currently joining apps through a waitlist and is gradually rolling out to Bubble apps on the Growth plan and above.
Reduce regressions before release
Use Tests and Radar to review changes before they reach users.
Tests repeat important user journeys and keep evidence from each run.
Radar compares Bubble branches and highlights changes or possible issues.
Together, they give your team a repeatable quality process across different developers and client projects.
Handle support and data work
Use Data Explorer and Agent to investigate records while resolving support requests.
Your team can search and inspect Bubble data without building temporary admin pages. With the correct permissions, they can also create, update or delete records when the support task requires it.
Data backups add another recovery option before important database work.
Standardise how your agency works
Use Skills to turn your agency’s processes into reusable instructions for Agent.
A Skill can describe how your team reviews an app, writes implementation plans or checks work before handover. Mention the Skill in chat when you want Agent to follow that process.
This helps different team members produce more consistent work across client projects.
Keep clients involved
Give clients access when they need visibility or want to work directly in Buildprint.
Project access keeps each client limited to their own work. Slack and Linear integrations can also connect project activity to the tools your team and client already use.
Choose the right workspace owner
Workspace ownership affects billing, administration and the final handover.
Use a client-owned workspace when the client should control Buildprint from the start.
Use an agency-owned workspace when you manage Buildprint as part of an ongoing service.
You can transfer a project to another workspace later. This lets your agency start managing the project and hand it over when the client is ready.
Improve agency capacity
Buildprint reduces the manual work around understanding, changing, testing and supporting Bubble apps.
The result is shorter discovery work, faster onboarding and a more repeatable delivery process. This helps your agency take on more client work without lowering the quality of each project.
